Tasting notes and Pairing

This is one of the world's most widely recognized red wine grape varieties. The wine has an intensive ruby colour and it is in balance with delicate fruity tones enhanced with a hint of wood. This wine has a full and intense taste with very well-balanced tannins and harmonious acidity. Suggested food pairing: goes well with game dishes and red meat dishes. Suggested wine serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C (60 – 64° F).
